“The manager is doing the work of 5 people she’s phenomenal. The cashier with the glasses needed help. I tried 3 times with him to place my order for 2 pizzas. He tried to tell me that cheese sticks come with bacon and jalapeños. I ended up ordering on the app to get the order done right.“

“Omg I've been living in this area for 10 years! Papa John's has always been my go-to pizza place. However, a few weeks ago, I ordered some pizza from them and noticed that the food quality has really declined. My pizza tasted funny and didn’t seem fresh at all. I ordered it for pickup, and it took forever to get it.

Usually, I prefer their pizza over the party wings, but this time the wings were actually better than the pizza. I really don’t want to keep trying, especially since their pizza is quite expensive. I'm wondering if they have new owners or something.“
