Any other time I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. But today, NO!!! I stopped into my used to be favorite Dunkin Donuts located at 4705 Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 and was disrespected by the supposed Manager, Sanjay. He can be seen laughing, along with his staff, as he tells me, "if you can't afford the coffee just say so". This was after I tried to show the staff that I had redeemed my free coffee. Service was very slow, The drink was made incorrectly. The one lady making the drinks, asked another customer if she paid. She STATED the man took my order for you to make it.. she Hesitated handing her her drink until the manager or whoever he was answer her.. The gentalman was nice.. Somewhat of a language barrier..
I’d prefer to give 0 stars! Considering they had the air conditioning on instead of heat I should have assumed my food wouldn’t be what I asked for! They should only sell coffee and donuts here... until they can properly train their staff!
