The chicken sandwiches were cold, the orders of red beans and rice were nasty!! I contacted Popeyes to file a complaint, it was as all through AI, which was useless!! Don’t bother eating or wasting your time or money!
Terrible customer service! I hardly ever eat Popeyes and was surprised to see they had nuggets. I saw they were $3.99 when it got to my turn at the speaker but couldn't see how many nuggets so I asked. Absolute party going on with the team members, vulgar language and unprofessional behavior is all I can hear over the speaker. And she actually told me to read the board.
