In fact, the whole team were smiling and very kind even though there was a language barrier. I asked for the manager who came forth and I told him and he said ‘We deserve a raise, right?’ And I said yes, I think so. So please give them bonuses or raises. As most know, 93% of communication is nonverbal and I felt very respected by them… this is how customer service should be…which is rare in this area.“
