They turned away two buses of STEELER FANS who actually called and made arrangements to eat and hang out at their establishment, only to get there and be told we were not expected and did not let us in!!!! 100 people turned away!!! who does that?????
Poor management. how can you turn people away after they made a reservation? Management gave a reason that they didn’t have enough help. Really you had over three weeks of notice. What’s the reservation for? I said slow service. It really was no service.
