My husband surprised me with Rita’s. He asked for. Peanut butter mudslide with the hot fudge in the middle and they gave him some chocolate concoction that tasted like it had snickers in it. My husband should have figured out since it wasn’t white (the picture of the dessert is on their menu) but still how do you miss up an item on your menu that bad!
I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced the same problem but I’ve gone to this Rita’s multiple times the past few weeks and had the same woman working that said either ‘Oh we’re completely out of custard’ she’s said this twice now, and the other time the excuse was that ‘she had to turn the custard machine off an hour before close’ both were an hour or so before close. They no longer offer military discounts. So glad that the owners feel no debt to offer a measly 10 cent average discount for their freedom.
