The older lady working on ThursdayJanuary 4th at 1pm was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant! I asked for my order from the app and gave the specific name, and she asks to see it on my phone, so I showed her. She gave me a hard time getting my order and it was missing items. Don't patronize this location. The workers are unprofessional and rude to customers (Maria/Monica). Their parent company (Focus Brands, LLC) could care less about customer service because I have yet to hear from them, or at a minimum, this location as it relates to my complaint.The other subsidiaries of Focus Brands, LLC are Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Jamba, McAlister's, Moe's, and Schlotzsky's.
