“Being an all timer fan for Hangry Joe's, came across this branch and this beats all the others I have tried so far. Amazing service and serving size. Tried their Sando (really big than usual), Wings with 2 different flavors (really loved the Spicy Zing) and their Loaded fries.
Their loaded fries being crispy really stands out and the flavor stands out. They do have iced teas as well if you want to try them. Really glad to find this amazing joint in Ellicott City!“

“I come here very often I’m disabled I have IDD I also have physical disabilities and the lady here I don’t know her name and want to respect her privacy but she was angry at me when I explained multiple times to her my order she messed it up gave me the wrong breadsticks when I specifically asked for 2 orders of 5 cheesy breadsticks. She specially gave me a messed up order. I’m friends with the owner he’s very sweet and I also have multiple chronic illnesses and have been in a flareup recently. I want to ask the kind owner to please take action.

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

“This restaurant was the best I’ve seen in years. Not only where they fast in greeting us, they didn’t hesitate to quickly place my order, I got to spin the wheel, won a free medium one topping pizza and everyone was smiling with joy.
I just got finished eating. Oh my God this is what I ordered. I ordered a personal pan Meat lovers, a personal pan pepperoni, a 12 count wings, (Parmesan) and I won a medium free pizza. When I tell you, I don’t know if it’s me or this Pizza but let me tell you, the food was phenomenal. The personal pan was priceless. It was so good, I wanted to eat my fingers off or smack my co-worker for bringing me here The wings was juicy and moist that the meat was almost falling off the bone.
You can’t get a great restaurants with a warm atmosphere any more. Thank you for making my day. You have a beautiful and inspiring day. Thanks“

“I think I’ve been here many years ago, but I don’t remember, but I do remember some things like the price is being very high just for a very greasy burger and although you can put many toppings on it, it turns out to be really greasy sometimes and my mom likes to get one with the most toppings as well with like extra bacon“

The online ordering system has indeed much improved, thank you.
One more small thing, sometimes the wings/ chicken in the sandos are a bit dry, I suspect maybe someone is cooking them a little too long. Overall food still great though.

Previous review:
I have liked almost everything I've tried here, particularly the naked wings and the sandos. The slaw and mac and cheese are also good. I have a complaint though in regards to ordering online which is quite awful.

Trying to order from their website opens 3 extra tabs; when you finally get to the right website you can't modify anything or make substitutions or even add more than 1 of the same item (you can do this in the cart though) and god forbid you accidentally hit the back button and lose the page, your cart is not saved. Please make your website less janky.“

Both Yancy and Alexandria went to extremes to ensure that we received our order, They are both an asset to that business and should be commended for their attention and concern for their customers needs. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“
