“We’ve been to Toby’s multiple times. Recently we saw rock of ages but we have gone to plays like: elf, mamma Mia, a Christmas story, beauty and the beast, and shrek. Every time it’s an amazing performance with delicious food. The talent is insane! However, this past time we were a party of 3 and placed at a circle table. Sitting in the back of the table allowed for another party of 3 to be sat with us. My dad had an obstructed view of the stage the entire time and was constantly leaning different ways to see. I’m hopeful the new theater will have options so all parties can see well. If you are a party of 3 I would suggest inviting a 4th to try to get a better option of a table!“

“This was my 1st time picking up a pizza at the new location by Home Depot. I work in Eldersburg but live closer to the Mt Airy location. I grew up going to the original Ledo's in Adelphi and know the difference between a well made Ledo's pizza and a subpar one. Ledo's in Eldersburg does it right. My pizza was a perfect Ledo's pizza from presentation, to taste. I highly recommend driving a little farther to get the quality Ledo's pizza that Eldersburg is serving up. Good work!“

I have a learning disability and she took the time to break down the item I was looking for without me feeling pressured. She was kind and checked on my family and I every so often. We come to Oscar’s a lot, but she’s one of the first servers I’ve had anywhere that has taken the time to help slow things down and make it understandable.“

“Once you try one of the Sunshine Store's sandwiches, you will wonder why it took so long to try one! 😊 My husband and father in law introduced me to this hidden pleasure the first time I visited the area. We started with breakfast (tasting the local culinary treasure of scrapple), then I was introduced to their burgers on the same trip, and I was surprised that everything is cooked to order. I have not found any burger yet that is close to comparison!! My husband's family has made this a regular stop for sandwiches over several decades and generations. My father in law (nearby farmer/owner of Greenstone Custom Farming) has eaten there for several decades along with feeding his crew from this hidden gem, this has been a favorite of my husband's since he was old enough to eat there, and now it is a favorite place for our children to eat with grandpa. The store is small and with limited seating, it would be best to order the food to go or if you are eating alone you can sit at the counter and watch your food be prepared. A must try in the area and definitely worth the drive through the beautiful countryside!“

“The Peking Duck is perfect in every ways. Comparing to the legendary Peking Gourmet in VA. I like the Peking Duck here much better. The duck skin is crisp and the wrap is so thin and hot. The slushy, slightly sweet, and pleasantly chewy noodles paired beautifully with the beefy broth, which had just the right tang after I added a bit of vinegar. The galbi was perfectly grilled, with that ideal balance of sweet, salty, and savory flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

We were in the area from Boston just for the night and learned of Xenia through our hotels concierge. It was amazing and probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was outstanding and prepared beautifully. We had the Spanikopita, Greek salads, shrimp saganaki, and lamb riblets. All very tasty and expertly prepared. What really did it though was the on point service offered by Mary (Maris). Her efficiency, attention to details, thoughtful presentation of the menu, was a 15 out of 10! She is a super star! We were delightfully surprised by the restaurant’s generous hospitality when they sent us a dessert sampler compliments of the house because we were out of state first timers. “Probably the best Indian restaurant I've been to in Howard County. I dine in and order takeout, while preferring the latter. Being a pure vegetarian, there are many vegetarian options and there's no compromise on the quality. We generally order a vegetarian thali alongside kuttu parotha and a vegetarian appetizer.

Among all the delicacies that I've tried at Sangam, I've loved the Kadai paneer biryani, paneer pepper fry, chilli baby corn, south indian thali, kuttu parotta, malai kofta, navaratan korma to name a few. But the appetizers are really crunchy and tasty.“

As far as some of the negative reviews, my advice is this is probably more of a sit down and enjoy it fresh kind of place given the type of dishes they are serving - not so much a takeout place. My favorites so far are the Bibimbap and the Kimbap. The pricing is also not ridiculous like a lot of places around here.“
