no soap in the bathroom. i, a customer was handed a stack of cup lids to put out. this location was doing well now it's back to being downhill. oh, forgot to add that they keep your pennies. with all the stolen money you have, get some dang hand soap.
Today I stopped by the drive thru on my way to work and I was Greeted on the speaker by the GM Princeton. Best customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. He was a true professional, quickly got order , and friendly. I have spent my whole career in customer service and that guy right there is someone I would want to hire and have in my building making an impact. thank you for the great experience today!!
Made a mobile order today, went there to pick it up and they said they meant to turn off mobile ordering because their broiler was broken. It took up my break at work. Food is typically cold and sometimes things are missing.
