Had been going down hill for a while however today finally had a great and quick experience was totally refreshing and was clearly related to the gentleman manager he was clearly leading the team well. Props to him! Will finally feel comfortable returning
Got there around 10am, there were no other customers in the restaurant. As soon as I walked through the door I heard someone say "damn". I ordered my food, the manager said he needed the girl cooking to make hashbrowns, she literally rolled her eyes and glared at me. Food came out, and she said "I had to make those fresh so I hope you enjoy them" really condescending, the manager handed me the bag and said "here" and I walked out. Definitely one of the more run-down franchise locations. I come by every few months just to redeem some app offers and it’s consistently the same. There’s almost never anyone eating in the store but somehow the tables always have trash on them. The soda fountain normally has a number of options unavailable and is visibly dirty.
