Reminded why I only visit McDonald's maybe twice a year. This McDonald's appears to be clean, which is nice, but the service was not good at all. I came in at 11:30 on a Sunday, so slightly before lunch rush and they weren't very busy. Long wait for food, burger was drenched in mayo, missing food items, food was luke warm when I received it. Zero customer service from employees.

I placed my mobile order as I pulled up to the back of the drive thru line (only two cars in front of me at the menu/ordering speaker. This was placed at 12:42am by 1:22; 40 minutes later!!! I still haven’t even made it to the first window!

Clean McDonalds. I went around lunch time and it was moderately busy. Ordered via the kiosk- my food was ready pretty quickly. Chicken McNuggets were really good, as were the fries. Store was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly.

There was no staff at counter and no cared! It took FOREVER for my order close to ten minutes. This place is sooo horrible since they remodeled. Ud think they would be more efficient since they dont have people at the counter but thats sooo not the case its slower now then before and how the food can be cold idk!!!!!!

Ordering was fine but don’t expect a happy meal here. My whole meal was unhappy 🙁, why is that you may ask well first we had two wait, and second we recieved mid ass tier food, which should’ve been fresh and not room temp fries that are soggy. Snack wraps that are filled with room temp ranch, sprite was the only thing crispy other then the snack wrap, like didn’t know it’s hard too make correct orders

Was ordering food for my grandchildren. And as well as me and my daughter want it just a drink. Order the grandkids meals. She seemed very confused they were happy meals. One wanted a milkshake and one wanted a frozen drink. I said strawberry shake like five times. Tried ordering my meal and she already add everything up. I wasn't done ordering. She gives me the price I said I was going to get myself a meal and another diet Coke. Again she was unclear of what I was saying. I'm not saying anything about her race but maybe it was a language barrier.. so I wounded up doing two transactions. And still never received the medium diet Coke. So a nice gentleman that worked there. Went ahead and made it and brought it to the table and did not charge us for the diet coke. But it was very crazy trying to order food from somebody that doesn't understand the English language and again I'm not trying to be rude when I say that it's just I found myself having to repeat myself over and over and over.

This McDees was recently renovated and dies an incredible drive thru business even though the parking lot is rather congested. The 5 dollar meal deal is unbeatable if you want to consume fast food. They will bappilh bring out your drive thru irder if it is not ready at the window.

I think they only speak Spanish here, and we waited over 30 minutes to have someone take our order. Another customer, who was bilingual, had to get the attention of someone who worked there to come take our order.
Slow at midnight. No customer service inside, even when eye contact is made.

We were served by the nicest employee ever, Alain, he greeted us with a smile on his face and was so cheerful. I was having a bad day and it cheered me up. The food was warm and tasted amazing. Got the specifications on our meal right perfectly. Thanks McDonalds and thank you Alain, give this nice man a raise.
