Yes food was good service was on time but the lid cups wasn’t filled cups for ketchup wasn’t filled the tables floors could have more cleaner wasn’t busy August 6/2022 needs to be more sanitize counters also
I think Roy Rogers food is great. Sadly I find the manager at the Westminster location needs customer service training or anger management. Cashier asked me how I wanted my food and I said To Go but she didn’t tell the manager who was putting it on a tray. I mentioned it was to go and the manager went off at me for not telling her sooner. I wasn’t even sure the tray was my order. Bad enough if the staff acts that way but the manager?
This was Sunday May 22.
So glad they are opening one in Eldersburg.. Best fried chicken ever. Brings back memories from when I was a kid 😋😋
