I was really disappointed to see the staff place their hand on top of my drink when handing it to me. Whether it’s at the counter or in the drive‑thru, putting a hand over the lid is unsanitary and feels careless. That’s the part customers put their mouth on, and it should never be touched. The Westminster Crossing Starbucks location stands out for its unique building architecture and extensive outdoor patio. If you are a Starbucks hopper like me, it’s nice to visit a location that breaks the mold. Great customer service, always easy to find a spot to work, well-trafficked but still quiet enough to focus. Shout out to the ladies that’s worked the morning shift on April 3rd at 6am. I picked up my order and Clumsy me at 6 in the morning dropped everything in my car… literally walked back in to Starbucks and the morning crew saw me again. “Back already “ We all laughed about the situation they insisted to remake my order for free…. Very grateful for that. Thank you so much ladies.
