I have been going to The Cow for a couple of years and thought their frozen custard was beyond delicious. However, yesterday I got a mixture of coffee and toasted almond and the custard was definitely grainy - the coffee more so than the toasted almond. I had noticed this a little bit last time we were there but this time it was very pronounced. Hope they can get this problem straightened out.

For my taste I didn't like it but for my daughter and husband they did like them. I wanted to try the flavor of the fall season which is pumpkin and they didn't have it.

Theses ladies where very rude and had an attitude whole time while serving us. And gave us the wrong stuff. And we lost something and they sat inside and laughed and didn’t bother to help.

First time going to the cow a few weeks ago. To start, they have doors which make it look like they have indoor seating which they don’t. They also charge your card a fee no matter what price the bill is. Ice cream small dish comes in a small plastic cup almost like a Dixie cup just a tad bigger. Ice cream had a good flavor. For one scoop and sprinkles it was around 4.00. It would be nice if you could sit inside especially when it’s so hot

Unfortunately when I went on a Friday evening they were out of all icecream flavors.... they only had chocolate or vanilla.
Their only dairy free options are Italian ice....

I usually love the Cow, but when I went recently, I found a chunk of brown in my Pink Lemonade Italian ice and I went to the worker to ask if they mix any real lemons in. She said no and that it might be from the lemonade mix. Not sure if their lemonade mix includes brown chunks but okay. I just threw the brown away thinking nothing much of it. I then found white spots that were blue in the middle (looked like mold) - it’s hard to see in the photo but in person, it looked like blue mold. Not sure exactly what it was but I threw the whole ice away (but I already ate like half of it). Maybe it wasn’t mixed in enough? Either way, found too many mystery substances that made me really paranoid.
