We recently dined at Q' Viva! Colombian Restaurant with high hopes of sharing the flavors of my home country with my husband. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The restaurant was eerily empty, which should have been a warning sign. The picadas we ordered arrived disappointingly cold and lacked quality ingredients.
