went yesterday for the FIFTH time at this location in the past couple years. both steaks were not cooked medium. one was RARE and bloody on my daughter's plate & then mine was well done. both asked for medium. they sent my daughters back and it came back well done. the fries looked like someone dropped the top and the seasoning POURED on top. totally inedible. the server was super sweet but the food was terrible.
