“I've been going to this Caribbean spot for a long time when they were in the old market near Green St. I hadn't been in a minute, but I'm glad I did. Brother went and bought quite a bit. Ox tails were awesome. 1/2 jerk chicken mac and cheese greens plus yams was awesome. Basically, everything was delicious. Mike and his wife can throw down in the kitchen. Check it out for yourself.“

Just a heads-up, this is not a dine-in place, as the lobby is quite small. Also, they are cash only, but there's a Wells Fargo across the street.“

We got the chicken, oxtail, and shrimp tacos (picked the corn and pineapple pico as toppings), jerk chicken bowl (corn, jerk cauliflower, pickled slaw and pineapple pico as toppings), and angry mac n cheese. Shrimp taco was my favorite since it was the spiciest. They accidentally left out the jerk sauce I asked for and yet everything was still flavorful without it. They do offer delivery but I ended up picking it up since online ordering kept giving an error message. Ordering over the phone was a little challenging so in the absence of online ordering it may be easier to just stop by and order in person.“

Pleasantly surprised to see many of my favorite dishes, met the owner and staff, so I bought quite a few dishes for takeout. We had the curry red snapper, brown stew chicken, oxtail, rice and peas, macaroni pie, cabbage, lentils and pumpkin. It was sooo good! Tasted like food from back home. Everything was cooked to order, steaming hot, flavorful, not salty and we ate it so quickly that I forgot to take pictures. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants some flavorful island cuisine! You won’t be disappointed.“

“First time ordering from here JIST 4-5 hours ago. I saw sooo many good reviews I had to try it. I ordered (delivery) their jerk chicken panini, and jerk chicken Rasta pasta. MAN… the pasta is sooo good!! The panini was also delicious, even though the panini pressed grilled bread had steamed inside its wrapper and lost its crispiness.. it was great. Wasn’t soggy just had lost its crunchiness where the grill marks are. I can’t wait to try their chicken pot pie and jerk chicken platter! I would’ve ordered those too.. but I don’t want to reheat anything and want to try it fresh. Will order those items next time! Thank you ❤️“

“Went to see One Love but wanted to have a full island experience for lunch beforehand. This restaurant was perfect! We met the owner when we ordered and she helped us select dishes that met each our tastes. The food was delicious and was just like being back in the Caribbean. Lots of food with the main dish and the flavors were to die for. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect to see in any local establishment in the islands. Utterly wonderful experience.“

Crunchy spicy vinegared cabbage onion carrot veggies over a fried snapper with rice n beans you can clearly taste were simmered in coconut milk n spices! Grilled jerk chicken didn't make the shot but you can see the spices and smell it fumigating the area around lunchtime which is what drew me in in the first place!
