“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews. The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice! The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh. We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“
“The ice cream was phenomenal, the prices were incredible, the vibe was spectacular. And dont even get me started on the owners! Will and Bill went above and beyond for me and my group of friends, were lovely and personable and fun, and gave us an experience we wont ever forget! if you're looking for delicious ice cream in Baltimore, this is the only one shop that should come to mind.“
“Not only is a really cute and quaint establishment with delicious dessert, but the owners are the sweetest!! The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! Definitely recommend going there for any occasion, whether it be for a night out, a date, or just craving something sweet! Also an amazing choice to hire for your party!!“
“After walking by Buns & Roses multiple times and always wishing it was dessert time, we finally made it happen today and were rewarded with a uniquely delicious dessert and very friendly, welcoming service. As you might have guessed, the chimney cones themselves are the star of the show here and appear to be handcrafted with great attention to detail, with a marshmallow at the bottom to keep all the ice cream from dripping out.We definitely want to come back again - I would like to try the coated chimney cakes next time, and the apple dumpling sounds great, too.The owner/employees here are welcoming to everyone who comes by and very clearly care about their customers.“
“So many flavors! As you can tell from the pictures, there are so many options here! Not only dozens of hard ice cream flavors but also even more varieties of their handmade soft serve which is made to order—something you don’t really see anymore. Something for everything here as they have many options that cater towards specific dietary needs as well. Nice place to stop by to indulge in a snack, seating inside and outside too“
“*Cash Only, which I was lucky to see before going*Delicious food made with love. 24 oz. milkshakes, plenty of ice cream options, prices you can't get anywhere else. You could probably make anything made here at home, but the price is worth it to check out. Awesome service. Very clean. Wish there were more places like this.Parking: Limited parking in front of the building“
“This might be my favorite spot on the ave.. Or maybe just my favorite dessert spot in general. Sad they’re closed for the season but tbh I needed it, I have no self control when it comes to this place lol. Can’t wait til next.. March I think? Or whenever y’all reopen ☺️“
“Excellent matcha cafe with delicious and not too sweet desserts. The service was fast and easy. They have kiosks that you can use to order on your own. It feels as though you've stepped into Kyoto yourself with the decorative design in the cafe. It's quiet if you're looking for a place to study or it's a great gathering for friends. Their milk tea boba cake and matcha twist soft serve are so delicious!“
“The staff here is so kind, they have a really open space but few tables. The gelato is delicious however a regular (smallest size available) is a $7.50 which is a bit pricey for me. The location is ideal and they are open later on the weekends which a bonus.“
“If you have a sweet tooth, and want a variety of cookie as they change their menu every week; then this is your spot!! Warm, soft, and gooey goodness.Parking: In a shopping center plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love cookiesWheelchair accessibility: Big sidewalks, big doors“
“I came here a dessert and I was satisfied greatly. I made my own crepe which I think is a great option! The crepes are made fresh and hot, while the custard gives you some sweetness, and the fruit is nice and tart which refreshes your mouth.“
“I had a yen for some soft serve ice cream this afternoon, so decided to stop by here after finishing my afternoon rounds. According to Google Maps, I was last here 3 years ago ( Wow! Has it been that long?!) When I walked up to the window, I was greeted by a nice young man who showed me the menu board behind him when I said I wasn't sure what I wanted yet, but wanted to see what flavors they had. I was surprised to see that Soft Stuff offered regular (or hard) ice cream as well as the soft serve version (contains less milk fat, whipped with air, and can be made from a mix). They also have a few other items added to their menu, now, too. Anyway, I ordered a small soft serve in my favorite flavor. Unfortunately, the machine wasn't behaving properly and was offered the choice of an improperly mixed product of my flavor, or one of the basic flavors (vanilla, chocolate, or orange-vanilla(?). I chose to go with chocolate. Although I asked for a small, it was a rather large amount. I guess that's what a small looks like now! It cost about $5.00 plus change. I chose to pay with cash, though they do accept credit cards now.I was talking about all of the changes with this young man since I was the only one there at the time. I found out that the previous owners of Soft Stuff retired about 2 years ago, so the shop has new owners who wanted to build the business with some new items and accommodate people who might not always have cash on them. All in all, it was a very good experience and I thought the ice cream tasted very good. The only disappointment was not getting my favorite flavor because the machine was broken. Oh, well. I'll try again another day when the yen for a soft serve ice cream hits me again!“
“Easily my favorite place for frozen custard/ice cream. I found this place shortly after moving to Maryland six years ago and have been back an embarrassing number of times since. While the classic twist is the standby favorite, blackberry custard with Oreo crumbs or the gelati with mango ice and vanilla custard are equally good.Pro tip: Skip dinner and order a banana split!“
“Great soft serve ice cream! Ice cream has good flavor, similar to custard. Wish there was a size in between kiddie and small, as the kiddie is tiny and the small is a lot! Parking is easy. They do accept cards for payment. Located right off Washington blvd and easy to get to.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Kiddie sized cone - but it is Tiny!“
“I come here for taiyaki! Their oreo and cannoli cream one are so good. They even serve boba tea! Dairy and non dairy. The young lady in there is very friendly and helpful. She has successfully helped me try new things and explained them to me every time I go.“
“The Charmery is a stop I must make a soon as the weather breaks in Baltimore. Maryland Mud is a chocolate lovers dream and the butter rum was REALLY good. Wish it wasn't only seasonal. The service was a little slow but it's worth it for the ice cream.“
“First day open this year. They close at 9pm. You still have time to get there. I love this location. The staff was awesome. I got quick and fast service. Even though it was chilly outside tonight it didn't stop the customers from coming. What excited me the most was that they had the sugar free mango Italian ice available and it was simply delicious. Check them out if your in the area. You won't be disappointed.“
“I LOVE Codetta Bake Shop and everything about them. I have been ordering a cheesecake from Sumayyah for the last couple of years because my little sister specifically requests it every time she visits me from out of town. It is so so rich and delicious. This year, Sumayyah was so kind and delivered the cheesecake to me in a pinch which was so helpful. Highly recommend picking up some baked goods from Codetta for any occasion. Also- if her annual cookout comes around again this summer- DO NOT MISS IT! It was fantastic!“
“Love this place for the milkshakes! I usually get their seasonal ones, which have been very good. I got the cookie dough one this last time, and my friend got the reeses pieces one, which looked amazing. However. We did try the cobbler this time which was incredibly disappointing especially since it cost $9. I won't waste my money on that again.“
“Danny devito cutouts in the back are unprofessional but it makes me feel comfier in that store. I like the water dispenser in the back. I like the ice cream, it has a diverse variety of flavors, some rotate out. It is quite a bit pricey but I’d assume that. Worth a visit if you are on a nearby highway.“
“This business offers great tasting matcha desserts. Yum! The staff is friendly and allows you to eat in. It has a bamboo esthetic. The location is great if you're walking but not so much if driving, as it's located on a narrow side street.“
“The service was quick, they had enough seats around to comfortable include a couple of small groups and there place was really clean.Wow. I've had boba tea in California, Europe, Georgia, NYC, etc. and this place was probably the best I've ever tried. I even had to go back the next day to order this drink again. The matcha flavoring was delicious and I loved I could order it with 0 added sugar. The tapioca pearls were the perfect consistency and not too sweat. The milk cap had the perfect balance of salty and sweet plus the ratio they added to the drink was perfect as well. I also appreciated that they did not overload the drink with ice and gave you a good amount of drink for the price. This place was si okay amazing. It didn't taste fake and full of fake low quality pre-made boba mixed. Honestly I can't recommend their matcha boba with a milk cap enough. I will be dreaming about this drink until I visit MD again. Highly recommend supporting this business!“
“this the best snowball business in the world. there is this one girl named maddie who goes above and beyond in her service. I have a big family, and she was very welcoming and wasnt overwhelmed by our large group. I highly suggest coming here they are way better than kona ice!“
“I wish I could give Vaccaro's 10 stars. It is one of the best Italian pastry shops in the country. I was in Baltimore for three days and went there every day. Their Napoleons are decadent. The cookies are prepared with wonderful flavors and choices. My fiancé loves the cookies with the sprinkles on them shaped as stars or hearts. I love the pine nut cookies . The Chocolate eClair is massive but amazing. I start by cutting it up and take a week to eat it. It is about 12 inches long. We got chip at dips for the cannolis and also an apple eclair and gelato. there's something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping here anytime“
“Opies is great for a quick ice cream or snowball. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is a large seating area outback and the kids love to run around and play. They also have a covered patio area which is nice for shade. Plenty of parking - can also park behind 711. Prices are reasonable. They do accept card payment over $5Dietary restrictions: Sugar free snowball flavors availableParking: Lots of parking in front of opies, behind the building and behind 7-11Kid-friendliness: Kids love to play in the large area out back. Kids sizes available.“
“It is the first time I bought crabs from B & B. It has a high rating and I thought, why not try this place? I usually buy crabs from Crab Shack II in Gwynn Oak.Well, I have to say, the taste of the crab meat, exceeds my expectation. The crab meat has a tinge of spice in it. It is not hot, just perfect, to taste some spice in the meat. The comments I heard at the table, "crabs are meaty", "it taste so good".I placed the order for 4 dozen crab (2 dozen males and 2 dozen combo, small and medium) the night before . It rain all day the next day. B & B called me to confirm the order. I changed the time for pick up, added 15 minutes to the time. I picked up the crabs and it is steaming hot. Perfect! They definitely accommodate customers--even on flood watch. Why didn't I give them a 5* for service? They only sell by the dozen. So, if you are looking to buy crabs at half bushel or full bushel, look elsewhere. It has a decent size parking lot where you can park and wait for your order. I did like the fact that I was the only customer waiting for crabs. I came early because of weather. Though I can imagine what parking, looks like, in great weather.“
“Best ice cream in Baltimore. Love the old bay flavor. They are always adding new creative flavors to the menu, so it's worth stopping by frequently to check for menu updates.Get a punch card too! My kids love spinning the wheel when we get 20 punches.“
“I am highly impressed with the level of service and food quality at this Caffe. The place has a divvy feel to it. I loved the quirky decor and the humous conversation between the cook and the man in front. They were so friendly and in sync, I could not tell if they were co-owners. I kept it simple: classic breakfast and a more "trendy" beverage. Nailed both. At any other place, I would've paid $6 for the spiced chai tea close to $20 for the breakfast. Here. Less than $20 for both. For me, the best part of the service was hearing what I wanted and serving it right, 10/10 recommend“
“Nice place to stop for Italian ice or custard. There are a lot of different flavors for Italian ice and your standard vanilla, twist, and chocolate for custard. Occasionally they will have another flavor of custard. They also have kids sizes, which is not on the menu. The portions are huge, even with a kids size. Can get very crowded but the staff works well to get the line moving.Plenty of parking. And easy to get in and out of the parking lotThere are several tables and benches behind the building as well.Dietary restrictions: There are sugar free optionsParking: Tons of parking!Kid-friendliness: Kids sizes available, just ask. The kids love playing in the back area with other kids“
“I recently tried TinyBrickOven for the first time, and I'm thrilled to share my experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the service was outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offer beef pepperoni, which I love. What's more, they're open late, making it a perfect option for a late-night craving. I received my order quickly and enjoyed every bite. I would definitely recommend TinyBrickOven to anyone looking for great pizza and convenience.“
“Was trying to get an order placed for valentine's and after 6 different places either being rude or unable to help I found Smallcakes. Chris took my order and was both helpful and kind and even guided me through how I needed to place the order. The cupcakes looked and tasted amazing but the awesome customer service is what will keep me coming back.“
“Great food, good prices, awesome drink selection, yummy ice cream, classic NY pizzeria feeling, friendly and responsive staff.Vegetarian options: I know they have salads and knishes, and cheese pretzelsDietary restrictions: This is a Kosher pizzeria.“
“Took my toddler daughter and spent 45 minutes here. The yogurt was delicious as always and I liked that they have a children's table. Justin, our cashier, was very pleasant from the start. Our Groupon transaction was painless and he even came over to our table to offer stickers for her. His pleasant and friendly personality made our visit even better and is very much appreciated. I felt the need to write this review about the staff since these days, I rarely encounter such good customer service.“
“The food is very good. Good salads, chicken pot pie was flavorful. Although the chicken tenders are dry but tasty according to my grandkids. Soups are very good, love the chicken vegetable, crab soup could use more crabmeat. Homemade ice cream and cookies are wonderful.“
“WAS SO YUMMY :3 the owner was so sweet ;-; i got cake batter, taro, and vanilla and was so delicious and most variety of toppings you will see at a froyo place <3 cutest place with biggest variety of boba and snacks and mochi donuts and froyo like u can’t get better than here pls support <3“
“We had our sons 6th birthday party their this past weekend. What a fantastic place to have a party. The staff was very helpful in setting up the event. They were very patient with us despite us being very late in responding to emails. The day of the party was great. They had a long table in the back with bleachers set aside and a side table for food. We were able to arrive 30 minutes before the party to decorate. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The kids loved the party. They did a scavenger hunt around the place to get little trinkets for goodie bags. Then they did a craft where they made ice cream cone pictures. Finally was the tour. As others have said, walking through the freezer was the highlight of the tour. Then it was ice cream time. Everyone got their own choice of flavor. And they brought all the bowls out to us, which was completely unexpected!Parking at the place is tough as there is a small parking lot, and there are a bunch of popular businesses at the Union Collective. My only negative is they didn't have the flavor Ice Cream Sando. But I'll let them pass on that one.“
“So creamy, makes you want to come back for more anytime you think of ice cream! I challenge myself to try all the flavors because it's just that good! The people are kind and very helpful when it comes down to it! Love taking my dog here on small little treats after a little walk around town!“
“Glad to have a Rita's near me...although there doesn't seem to be a big variety of different flavors, at least they have the staple / favorites (I'd hope!) of their customers.Just ignore the advertising decor around the store, and the couple of tables pushed in the corner. Also, the panel advertising of "today's flavors" is not accurate...you'll just have to see what flavors are available in the display. Not the neatest place, but seems clean enough. Employees seem polite.“
“I have been going to Pete snowballs since I was a child and I had such great memories visiting. Now I bring my kids and they love Pete’s snowballs. Very friendly service and many flavors to choose from I have tried almost all the flavors but my favorite is mango my kids love cotton candy and blue raspberry.“
“This is a really good experience. Their soft serve is delicious and wonderful on a sunny day. Their premium milkshake as seen here is massive. Two people needed to finish this. I got the banana pudding flavor but they change flavors often so check their site!“
“This Kilwins is a wonderful part of the Fells Point neighborhood, and we really appreciate all of the great people they have working there — especially their manager, Brae. While planning our wedding, we were interested in a creative and fun wedding favor. We settled on caramel apples, and approached a number of different vendors. We ended up choosing Kilwins because of how helpful and flexible Brae was with us. He helped us every step of the way, and the final product was amazing. Guests raved over the apples — not just how delicious they were, but how wonderfully they were prepared and presented. This place is the best! Thanks Brae and team!“
“Take my friend there almost every Saturday. There ice cream is the best and the staff is about as nice as it gets. These young people are so friendly and respectful. I highly recommend their ice cream !Parking: Love this place but the parking on the hill is fine if dry . After a rain it's messy/ muddy. Please do something about the parking and the restroom situation not good“
“I just went there this afternoon with my son for the first time. The cashier with braids Natasha I think was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a Oreo milkshake, mango smoothie and a crepe sundae and it was great. I definitely recommend this place. I will be back ?“
“This was a good stop for a cool treat. They only take cash like a lot of small places. A lot of awesome flavors to choose from. I got a cherry creamsicle which is cherry snowball with vanilla ice cream layered in. My friend got egg custard with marshmallow topping. They did a good job, I just wish they had some shade to stand under in line!“
“The absolute best place to get italian ice and soft serve ice cream, even on a rainy day! The lemon ice is by far the best ever and the soft serve is truly unmatched. The consistency from both the ice cream and italian ice are unique and delectable! There is nothing like it! Additionally, the staff are always nice!“
“This is a shout-out to CHLOE, a great addition to the team. She's service-oriented, so personable with a genuine smile. We tried several flavors before making a final decision. CHLOE spent plenty of time as we considered just the right ones. You'd think we were solving the national debt! We didn't order much, but she scooped as if we'd ordered one of everything. Check-out was handled with professional efficiency and, again, that winning smile. Well done, manager! Good hire! Chloe's a keeper! (No, we're not related. It's time to focus on the good in the world today.)“
“This place would be a great date spot. Farm with outside seating & fire pits. Food trucks & great scooped ice cream. The guys that were working were friendly & helpful as I struggled to decide what to get. I'm looking forward to an excuse to stop here again“
“Ok so I got a half cheesesteak and it was pretty good I must say. And that was even after it wasn’t piping hot. But that was only because I didn’t eat it right away. My only complaint is it was bland. No seasoning at all. So of course I added a lil steak seasoning and that was that. If they add a lil flavor to the meat they got it. And it had plenty of meat not skimpy at all.“
