“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“Their soft serve is the BEST! When I say the best, I mean the BEST. I am a soft serve aficionado and grew up around dairy farms in the NE so my diet was basically cold milk and soft serve ice cream. This stuff is the real deal. The ice cream is so thick, not icy and watery. If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve tried at least 50 “soft serve” ice cream stands from NY to SC and nothing compares. I drive an hour here just for their ice cream. Even if there is a long line it moves fast so don’t get discouraged! It is more than worth it! There’s not many of these places left where you can go and just get a regular old twist in a cone without all the fancy stuff so please support to ensure that Cindy’s stays around for the long haul!“

“I had the best hot fudge sundae here. They do it RIGHT! They put the hot fudge in the cup & THEN add the vanilla ice cream. And whipped cream! Perfect ratio of hot fudge to ice cream. You’re not trying to find hot fudge for those last 10 spoonfuls. Delicious ice cream & hot fudge too! Yum. Highly recommend.“

“Love it for ice cream! We didnt go here for years because the store signage isn't clear as to what the store is. They probably lose a lot of revenue because its not clear that this is an ice cream shoppe to people passing by. Store branding and marketing needs some investing and I bet they double their sales this summer.“

“I just picked up a DoorDash order from the Owings Mills location on Mill Run Circle and had to leave a review for Aiyana. She was busting her tail and completed the entire order by herself with incredible hustle. It’s rare to see someone work that hard and stay so focused, she definitely deserves a promotion or a management role for the way she handles the floor. My personal favorite is the Old Bay caramel but they always have amazing seasonal flavors like the mint peppermint lemon which is a big hit in my family... You really can't miss. “I stopped by Pitango for dessert, and it definitely hit the spot! 😋 I tried two flavors: Stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate chips) and Fondente (dark chocolate). I don't usually eat gelato, so I was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess. The service was excellent; I wasn’t sure what to choose, but the cashier helped me by offering samples and sharing details about each flavor I tried. One of the chocolate flavors I sampled was incredibly rich and chocolatey—it's water-based and vegan-friendly, which was a first for me! The restaurant was nice, clean, and had indoor seating that could accommodate several people, but I decided to take my treat to go.“

“Stopped in here while visiting from Jersey and genuinely some of the nicest staff. Everyone was very friendly and the person helping me and my brother was the absolute best, unfortunately did not catch their name. The fudge was heavenly! Love that they offered samples, took three slices home with me because they had a buy two slices and you get a third one free promo. Definitely plan on stopping here again next time I visit the area. I heard great things about their milkshakes. The only downside to this place is the parking situation is AWFUL! However the business cannot control that.“

“My experience was great every-time I visit but my last visit 10/2025 , the person that took my order was on break came around the counter and took my order and then he proceed to make my food with no gloves , and I watch him prepare my food without washing his hand or wearing gloves , so I literally pay for a sandwich I will not eat , instead of causing a seen , Im leaving this message hoping yall change the procedure and wash your hands, and wear gloves to prepare people food or aleast one of these things, you handling money and immediately handling food is not good business practice!!“

“For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“Baltimore in a Box Ice Cream Parlor is such a fun spot! They offer so many different flavors to taste, which makes the experience exciting. I especially enjoyed the Po-canut flavor — it was delicious, and I loved being able to taste real coconut in it. The variety and quality make this place worth visiting, and I’d definitely go back again.“
