“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“Love it for ice cream! We didnt go here for years because the store signage isn't clear as to what the store is. They probably lose a lot of revenue because its not clear that this is an ice cream shoppe to people passing by. Store branding and marketing needs some investing and I bet they double their sales this summer.“
“Welcomed in by a super nice lady. She explained what they had available. Ordered a large bowl of rainbow ice.... It was amazing. Lots of fruity flavors...loved the cotton candy and cherry flavor. Also got a orange cream-cicle float. Also awesome. She made me a Carmel float. It was absolutely amazing. I will be back here when I am in the area. I would recommend that if you are in the area, go to this place. You won't be sorry.“

She was busting her tail and completed the entire order by herself with incredible hustle. It’s rare to see someone work that hard and stay so focused, she definitely deserves a promotion or a management role for the way she handles the floor. “My kids absolutely love going to the charmery. They have so many fun flavors. My personal favorite is the Old Bay caramel but they always have amazing seasonal flavors like the mint peppermint lemon which is a big hit in my family... You really can't miss. They also have hand rolled waffle cones which are amazing!“

“I stopped by Pitango for dessert, and it definitely hit the spot! 😋 I tried two flavors: Stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate chips) and Fondente (dark chocolate). I don't usually eat gelato, so I was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess. The service was excellent; I wasn’t sure what to choose, but the cashier helped me by offering samples and sharing details about each flavor I tried. One of the chocolate flavors I sampled was incredibly rich and chocolatey—it's water-based and vegan-friendly, which was a first for me! The restaurant was nice, clean, and had indoor seating that could accommodate several people, but I decided to take my treat to go.“

“My experience was great every-time I visit but my last visit 10/2025 , the person that took my order was on break came around the counter and took my order and then he proceed to make my food with no gloves , and I watch him prepare my food without washing his hand or wearing gloves , so I literally pay for a sandwich I will not eat , instead of causing a seen , Im leaving this message hoping yall change the procedure and wash your hands, and wear gloves to prepare people food or aleast one of these things, you handling money and immediately handling food is not good business practice!!“

“For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“I was Dashing in the area and needed a break. Found them when searching for Ice Cream in the area. Absolutely delicious! The girl behind the counter was a champ dealing with a customer ahead of me that was a bit demanding. I had the Old Bay Caramel as a shake and it was perfect. Salted Caramel with a touch of heat. Loved it! Will definitely be going back for a pint of Matcha when I'm back in the area.“
