Hands down one of the best fish subs I’ve ever had! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The bread was fresh and soft, and the toppings were just right—not too much, not too little. You can tell they take pride in their food. We’ve lived in Elkridge on the east end of HoCo for 25 years and our local joints have just fallen off lately so i went in search of a new place to get good pizza. I love good pizza. This place has great crust, it’s crispy and chewy just like it’s supposed to be. The ratio of sauce and cheese and toppings was just right too. “My family and I stopped in Mario's to grab a bite to eat after watching a movie at the Senator Theater across the street from it and believe me when I say that the pizza is outstandingly delicious ???. Philly’s Best Pizza & Subs in Columbia, MD absolutely delivered! I had their Philly cheesesteak and it was SUPERB. The meat was tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and loaded generously on a fresh, soft roll. The cheese was melted just right and every bite was packed with flavor.

You can tell they take pride in their food. Fast service, great portions, and everything tasted fresh. If you’re in Columbia and craving a real deal cheesesteak, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

First off, the young gentleman at the front was the friendliest and most personable person I've ever met at any restaurant. He got us waters and menus and made small talk with us. We got the garlic knots. UPC sampler and a whole pepperoni. Everything was soooooo good!! We had so many leftovers too! What a great find!! Wholesale shrimp prices are low, so don't pass on to the customer what you're not paying! Ditto for crab meat! Overall, the flavor/ quality is ok. Customer service is A+!“

The food was just as delicious as I remembered, we got the Thai chicken pizza and the dog pound (I think 🤔 It had pepperoni, sausage, chicken it was great) they're beer selection was different than I remember, a few of the house ciders were missing from the menu though it may just be a seasonal thing, Hopefully. “The Cold Cut meats are prepacked together to just throw on the sub roll eith ordered. So that sub is not freshly made as a unique sandwich. The cashier never speak to you coming up to the counter or smiles most times I go there. The food is losing their sub roll stuffness too. Of course when the owner is there, service is much better. With all this going on, the food is still good.“
