“I love this restaurant, it’s great, staff is nice, and the environment is kept nice and clean. I highly recommend going for the Big Box, as it serves any burger thee want in it, 2-piece fried chicken, any side dish of thy choice, and lastly comes with a drink. Food will always be fresh, nice, and warm. Chicken is crispy and hot. Their spicy chicken sandwich is great along with the sauce that it has in it is great, has a splendid kick to it. In essence, I highly recommend this restaurant, easy 5-stars.“

“I’ve been to a few of Island Cuisine’s different locations before, and this time I decided to give this one a try. I’m happy to say it absolutely lived up to the high standard I’ve come to expect!

I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain, paired with their pineapple ginger juice. Every element of the meal was flavorful and satisfying. The jerk chicken was tender, smoky, and full of that bold, authentic Caribbean spice. The rice and peas were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the cabbage had just the right touch of flavor without being heavy, and the plantains were sweet and perfectly caramelized.

The pineapple ginger juice was the perfect drink to go with the meal; refreshing, with just the right balance of sweet and spicy. I truly enjoyed every bite and sip.

This location definitely holds its own, and I’ll be back again soon!“

“Royal Taj is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, like our 20th Wedding Anniversary last week. It never fails to deliver excellence. Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Both were very good, especially the Halibut which was covered in an outstanding Corn Relish. To top off the evening our excellent server, Joshi, brought us a slice of very tasty cheesecake with a lit candle on top. “This was a date night with my love and we had an exquisite experience from start to finish. He had the Samke Tajen (Salmon) which was very well seasoned and I had the braised lamb shank and it was absolutely delectable. The drinks were very well hand crafted cocktails with an amazing aroma to it. The ambiance was so gorgeous, it felt like we were not in Baltimore anymore. The service was out of this world!
