“I just picked up a DoorDash order from the Owings Mills location on Mill Run Circle and had to leave a review for Aiyana. She was busting her tail and completed the entire order by herself with incredible hustle. It’s rare to see someone work that hard and stay so focused, she definitely deserves a promotion or a management role for the way she handles the floor. “Love it for ice cream! We didnt go here for years because the store signage isn't clear as to what the store is. They probably lose a lot of revenue because its not clear that this is an ice cream shoppe to people passing by. Store branding and marketing needs some investing and I bet they double their sales this summer.“

“This crumbl location is very sanitary and always on time. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times. The cookies are always fresh. The workers are very polite and I always get exactly what I want. They’re extremely safe when delivering as well and items are not messed up in transit. I’d reccomend if you’re in the area.“
