Dunkin' Donuts in Bangor

“I figured I would come on and share this short story My Wife works as the head of her department at the hospital and I work for myself so I am able to leave and bring her coffees throughout the day. I stopped at a different Dunkin today and got her a coffee and was treated with A poor attitude, The wrong size coffee, they corrected it however they did it poorly in the coffee didn’t really taste like coffee and I ended up bringing it to the Hogan Road location and they greeted me with smiles and made me feel like a valued customer for once. I love this store and I usually love the other store too however, today they dropped the ball on My service. I just wanna give Hogan wrote their flowers today and say thank you for making it right and doing it with a smile that made all the difference. PS when you get Dunkin’ Donuts every day and you order pretty much the same thing every day you know what you expect and when they don’t give you something anywhere near as similar as you normally get there is a problem there“

“This is hands-down the best Dunkin’ in Bangor. It’s the only one that gets my coffee right every time—perfect flavor and just how I like it. The staff is fast, friendly, and reliable. The service is always consistent, the store is clean, and they somehow stay on top of things even during the morning rush. I genuinely appreciate the care they put into getting orders right.“

“Jess the manager over there I believe her name is, is hands down the best manager I’ve seen run a business. The food industry is no joke and customer service is hard but she handles everything 100%, I stopped going there for a bit till she came in and she’s all hands on deck, she actually gives a damn and she’s communicative and actually cares about her customers and STAFF! She runs the show over there top tier. I won’t go anywhere else because her and her staff are what EVERY Dunkin needs. Everyone there knows my order and knows I love coffee but have a heart problem so I can only have decaf and they take that seriously. I can always count on them. They’re friendly, happy and always have a good attitude and vibe. 10/10 recommend this dunkin to anyone!“

“I went to Dunkin on 5/2 at 3 pm. I did not catch the girls name at the window but her customer service is incredible. This is the second day in a row she’s taken my order (Oreo latte- YUM) and she has lifted my spirits. Keep up the great work.“
