“I was in the area today with my husband, we decided to stop in quickly and grab some breakfast. I’m not normally a breakfast person but grabbed the breakfast burrito & my husband got a cinnamon roll. When I tell you the burrito was the best I’ve ever had, it was fan-EFFING-tastic. My husband’s cinnamon roll was the size of his head, and he said it was amazing. The cashier who waited on me, was so friendly & the kitchen staff who brought out my food was also so nice. Great food & amazing staff .. what more could you want?! We will definitely make sure we stop in again whenever we’re in the area.”

“We enjoyed a delicious breakfast/brunch this morning and had excellent service. My husband had an omelette with toast and grilled home fries with onions. I had a breakfast quesadilla with a side of bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot. We both agreed that it was the best breakfast we’ve had anywhere.”

“I had my first experience with NMBC a couple of weeks ago. It was incredible. I had cheddar bites for an appetizer. They were honestly a little on the greasy side but tasted great. I never order haddock in a restaurant because it's usually tasteless, but the Haddock Weaver came highly recommended so I tried it. It was the best haddock I've ever eaten. It was truly delicious, as were the loaded cheese fries and even the veggie was wonderful. Service was good, atmosphere was nice. I was very impressed and will most definitely be back.”

“I brought my daughter in for lunch today. She ordered a pizza burger. When Our server brought our meals, my daughter’s was made in a wrap. Our server apologized and asked if she wanted it remade and my daughter said no, it wasn’t a big deal. A few minutes later our server returned to our table with another pizza burger on a bun and said that the kitchen had just gone ahead and made her what she had wanted. This is top notch customer service and it’s what keeps people coming back! Outstanding experience with both the kitchen and an amazing server!”

“Best Dunkin I've been to so far here in Aroostook County. Presque Isle needs to step up the game, especially the drive-through, next to the Key Bank! But this one here in Caribou has it together, quick service, kind helpful employees and overall a better experience then the others who frequently mess up orders or flat out refuse to serve you after asking you to hold, leaving you waiting more then 10 mins and never getting back to you even after they took orders from new comers in the other lane. CEO of Dunkin, you need to step up before Starbucks gets word and decides to franchise here because plenty of people have requested it!!!”

“This location has an amazing assistant manager, I watched him take on multiple online orders. A line of people in store and a coworker who was not feeling well. He hung in there and buckled down. He was diligent and attentive to all customers in store. Delegation and multitasking his way through a stressful environment. Most walk in guest were understanding. However there should have been a better staffing plan due to volume of people. Over great place will return.”

“I felt the need to leave this review. I hardly ever eat MCD but my family and I grabbed breakfast to go and we were impressed with a few things that I felt I needed to mention. Firstly, the food and coffee was HOT. All three sandwiches were neat and with crispy bacon. The hash browns were crispy, hot and perfectly fried. The sausage burritos neatly rolled and the coffee was not burnt. Our order was also correct. This may not seem like much but compared to some fast food experiences, it seems like your staff here takes the time to deliver to the best of their capabilities. So I applaud you guys and thank you for your attention to detail.”
