“We enjoyed a delicious breakfast/brunch this morning and had excellent service. My husband had an omelette with toast and grilled home fries with onions. I had a breakfast quesadilla with a side of bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot. We both agreed that it was the best breakfast we’ve had anywhere.”

“I had my first experience with NMBC a couple of weeks ago. It was incredible. I had cheddar bites for an appetizer. They were honestly a little on the greasy side but tasted great. I never order haddock in a restaurant because it's usually tasteless, but the Haddock Weaver came highly recommended so I tried it. It was the best haddock I've ever eaten. It was truly delicious, as were the loaded cheese fries and even the veggie was wonderful. Service was good, atmosphere was nice. I was very impressed and will most definitely be back.”

“Let me tell you, I am from southern Maine and they don’t have Dunkin’s like this. We come up here every year to visit family and drive 25 mins one way every day while in the county just for this Dunkin. Service is always amazing, the team members working this store have A+ customer service skills. The coffee? Perfect every time. The donuts? I’ve GENUINELY never had anything as fresh in southern Maine. Keep doing what you’re doing.”

“This location has an amazing assistant manager, I watched him take on multiple online orders. A line of people in store and a coworker who was not feeling well. He hung in there and buckled down. He was diligent and attentive to all customers in store. Delegation and multitasking his way through a stressful environment. Most walk in guest were understanding. However there should have been a better staffing plan due to volume of people. Over great place will return.”

“Great reliable place to get a consistent meal. Customer service can very spotty though. New drive thru seems to be a problem, I've been left waiting at a speaker while the other lane was being taken care of. I had 5 cars pass me before I left and ordered at the window.”
