“Friendly service, fast ordering, it was end of day so they didn't have a few things, being a very small location I get that, but they went out of their way to serve a very special customer, my cat Hatori..he was very pleased with their service. Even though he was shy at the window, he LOVED the special Kit Kup they made for him and the bacon ?!!! Will definitely return to this place soon!!!“
“I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. There is one employee who is so helpful and goes out of her way to help! She helps the other employees there as well and seems to be a good leader. I haven’t encountered a visit where she hasn’t been there and rocking it out!“
“Dunkin' donuts coffee is dunkin' donuts coffee and I know it is not their fault but every single dunkin' donuts in Augusta Maine has poor service due to lack of employees. I'm not going to say which dunkin' donuts that I visited but it was in Augusta and there was only one employee, The line through the drive-thru was too long so I went inside. The solo female employee was so overwhelmed that she actually broke down in tears in front of me and said I can't do this anymore! I told her that she was doing an amazing job and to take one customer and one order at a time. It is a shame that people don't want to work anymore, or if they do become employed they just throw in the towel and give up.“
“Got my typical winter fave, large peppermint mocha extra cream, no sugar. Simple order for this Dunkin, others in Augusta mess it up every time, they assume I want extra extra. I hate super sweet coffee, and with the syrup already sweetened, it's enough sugar for me. This Dunkin never messes up any of my orders.“
“The best Dunkin in town! My order is consistently correct, and consistently delicious! I greatly appreciate their efforts to produce quality products, time and time again! For reference, I usually get hot coffee, cold brew, donuts, and/or bagel minis! Some locations seem to have difficulties when it comes to the cooking times for the bagel minis. These guys have it perfected!“
“I do drive through only. Is not my preferred location but closest to home, and much better than the next closest. They are efficient enough, but not all as friendly as a couple. One gal on the speaker sounds cold and cares less. Some are cheerful. Some of the food has been sitting a while, even occasional donuts are a little older than fresh, but over all, not a bad location. They'll do.Parking: Small lot, but never too full. Always spaces available.“
