“I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. There is one employee who is so helpful and goes out of her way to help! She helps the other employees there as well and seems to be a good leader. I haven’t encountered a visit where she hasn’t been there and rocking it out!“

“I've been to Dunkin' a good handful of times to get breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and other types of donuts. My favorite donuts are the Boston Cream and the Vanilla Cream. I also love their seasonal donuts.

The staff are always very accommodating and fast, and they smile and are very easy to talk to. The service is usually very quick, and you get your food in less than 10 minutes. The drive-thru is also very fast and accommodating as well.

I would recommend Dunkin' in Augusta, Maine, anytime you're looking for a quick breakfast and coffee fix.“

“Got my typical winter fave, large peppermint mocha extra cream, no sugar. Simple order for this Dunkin, others in Augusta mess it up every time, they assume I want extra extra. I hate super sweet coffee, and with the syrup already sweetened, it's enough sugar for me. This Dunkin never messes up any of my orders.“

“I would like to give a 5 star review for Abigale and Jakob. I visit this wonderful Dunkin spot very often and their professionalism is second to none. They are very swift when taking orders and getting products out to the consumer. The great service that they display makes me want to order everything on the menu. Im sure that isn't the best idea. Im simply trying to to give 2 super duper workers some credit. I just wanted to make sure that upper management know that they have 2 great workers when it comes to Abigale and Jakob. “Every time I go there the food is always so good, and my drinks are always perfect!!! The employees are always so sweet and understanding, every time I go there’s these two sweet girls working! One has blonde and brown hair and always helps me out with my orders when I mess up and the other one has straight blonde hair, and is always doing such a great job, I believe named Hailey! I messed up my order the other day and they helped me out without question! They’re definitely some of the best workers and go beyond requirement! They definitely deserve a raise! I most definitely recommend stopping there!“

“Dunkin' donuts coffee is dunkin' donuts coffee and I know it is not their fault but every single dunkin' donuts in Augusta Maine has poor service due to lack of employees. I'm not going to say which dunkin' donuts that I visited but it was in Augusta and there was only one employee, The line through the drive-thru was too long so I went inside. The solo female employee was so overwhelmed that she actually broke down in tears in front of me and said I can't do this anymore! I told her that she was doing an amazing job and to take one customer and one order at a time. It is a shame that people don't want to work anymore, or if they do become employed they just throw in the towel and give up.“
