“Rarely visit here, but when I do I'm always pleasantly surprised at the staff's friendly attitude and ultra prompt service for takeout orders. They ask questions rather than wait for customers to volunteer info. If this is the result of training, I'm all for it. :-)
That said, the indoor atmosphere could be most bleak & depressing of any SBux I've visited. I mean even before the recent move to reduce seating. The layout & lighting are questionable at best, à la a 2-lane bowling alley with attached cafe.“
“This place is located inside the Target store. They took out all the furniture from the Starbucks, so there is currently no sitting area in the store, but it's good for takeout.The customer service here is unbelievably awesome. I came in with a large party and due to my own mistake I paid with Google Pay, which charged my credit card instead of the Starbucks card. I asked for the refund on the card and charged it to the Starbucks card instead. Fighting the computer system, the barista and the customer service associate spent a ton of their time working to refund me everything correctly. After the taxes were rounded the wrong way, offered me the difference in cash, and when I (due to absent mindedness) walked out of the store forgetting the transaction was in progress, the barista actually ran out after me, found me in the parking lot and said they have my transaction ready to refund, inviting me to return and finish the transaction. When I thanked her for the extra kindness, she humbly replied that she is just doing her job!Very happy such people still exist in the world, I just hope there is more and more of them.Thank you all so much for a great experience, really appreciate your time and effort!“
