Great feature with reliable quality food.Parking: Plenty, remember there is the other side and parking in the mall behind. If it is full, I might wait 20 minutes and go in after a space is available“
“The food was good and hot. The atmosphere was chaotic. And it took forever to get our food. Two regular cheeseburgers and a large fry. The servicers were all young and I would guess, a inexperienced crew. They seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what they were doing, at least the ones we dealt with. Not their fault though. That was a poor management decision. This was on the same evening as the Festival of Lights parade in Bangor which ended right at dinner time. The fast food places were all swamped and super busy. This event is scheduled months in advance so they should have been well aware of how busy it was going to get and scheduled a little more experienced crew to handle the overload. All this said, they got everyone's meals to them just way slower than would classify as Fast food.“
“So overall, I have zero complaints. My food came out quickly. Grill team was fantastic The female manager was very kind and polite. However, the male manager I understand to be named Dom. Was arguing with one of his team members about a hat, and why he did not have to wear one I really wish he would wear a hat. His hair was very greasy didn’t look like he had showered for a month. I did not appreciate the smell of him walking around with my food, I hope this is addressed soon. I really like this location but he smelled like a barn And that nearly ruined it for me“
