Start your afternoon in Bar Harbor with a beer at the Bar Harbor Beerworks. Lots of local beers and great food offerings. We had the lobster and spinach dip. Very good! Chunks of lobster!
Big restaurant that can handle big crowds. Besides that, serving a chopped lobster roll is just unacceptable.
Andrei, our server both nights, was excellent. He was informative, helpful and Johnny on the spot. We just had a drink the first night but after looking at the menu decided to return for the lobster Mac and Cheese. It was a huge portion with tons of lobster and just the right amount of goey creamy cheese, with and order of perfect crunchy slaw it was perfect for the 2 of us to share!

The restaurant’s accessibility may be limited, with no ramp inside, but outdoor seating is available under cover. The bathroom can be tricky to navigate with two doors opening the same way. Parking is via street parking, which can be hard to find. Overall, customers recommend trying the food and drinks here, especially with the great service and enjoyable atmosphere.
