“We had a most enjoyable evening and dinner at the inn. Kudos to the chef but it was the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. I’ve been an innkeeper and I know the job is basically to do what you can to make the guests experience be as good as possible. The staff here, to a person, gets that and were outstanding. Five stars plus!!“

“I have eaten here before and it's always been great food. This morning I was not impressed with my food. I asked for med fried eggs( & explained that the white be done and the yolk runny) & corned beef hash and toast was worn it. I got super burnt hash & the eggs were both fried with hard yolk. The toast was not served with butter or jelly, nor was I asked if I wanted any. I showed the food to the waittress & asked her to inform the cook about my food so she could hopefully not make this mistake with another customer. It was also served to me almost 5 min AFTER my friends got their food. I did eat the hash that wasn't burnt with only the hard egg yolks( the wires were crispy on the edges). I asked for butter and jelly for my toast. I will return because I love their food, but this morning I was looking forward to having a delicious breakfast with my friends. So. Food those reasons I have a 3 because my friend's food was very good for them.“

“I honestly didn't expect to find world class dining so close to home. My wife and i chose the Oak Table for our anniversary and we were happy we did. We sat at the Chefs table and chatted with Chef Dan as he prepared four courses with simple and precise flavors. Simple does not mean pedestrian. Just that each dish knows what its meant to accomplish and sets out for it with astounding focus. I would be remiss to forget the cocktails which were a flavor experience in and of themselves. We will be going back for next anniversary.“

“I love this place. The service is great, the food is delicious and FAST, and the restaurant is always clean. I did down vote the atmosphere a bit because this is the first time I felt like an old lady (I'm 41) because I just could NOT hear our waiter. It wasn't super crowded but I had to keep making the poor lad repeat himself because the background noise was so loud. Overall, I look forward to coming back the next time I venture to Augusta.“

“Oh my god, Applebees. I told the waitress and I’ll say it again: Applebees has NO BUSINESS popping off like they did with my steak tonight. The bourbon one. Are you kidding me?? Is Applebees hiring 5 star chefs these days?? Seriously, top 5 steaks of my life, and I’m picky. That was fresh, too. The mushrooms were amazing, and the potatoes were a perfect compliment. Will absolutely return anytime whatever magician was in the kitchen tonight is on again. Seriously, be proud of yourself, whoever cooked that steak. Also our server was a lovely tall lady, the first host we saw was a nice guy with glasses who was pleasant, and second host was a nice tall young man who was quick and smiley. Thank you.“

“I had surgery in my throat before going here... Not even 3 hours before. The first thing I wanted was the best sherbet I could find. Thankfully cloud 9 provided the best! And they weren't kidding. It was some of the best that I've ever had. Thank you very much Cloud Nine by changing a bad day into a good one!“

“The place is very loud but that is to be expected because it is a family joint. The service is good but it can be hit or miss. Last visit the server constantly forgot things so we sat waiting for food that did not come when everyone else had their food and then we had to remind the server (they passed by our table multiple times, so we got the impression they forgot). The server also seemed less organized than many of the others. Ordered steak medium rare and it was unevenly cooked with some parts medium rare and others well done. Other people at the table also ordered steak and theirs was done properly, so some inconsistency with food requests. Otherwise, food is always delicious and portions are enormous, especially salad, which is one of my favorite dishes!“

“Good food, good service. But, I have a problem with trash, stray food and floors that aren't cleaned up regularly. Come on Texas Roadhouse you can do better cleaning up the floors. There was a time, not that long ago, those that bussed the tables also cleaned under and around the table on the floor. You had wait staff hanging around their order station chatting with each other. There's a saying, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean"! You have plenty of wait staff that could be helping clean up the floor, that shouldn't be left for the end of the night.“
