Vintage gem! Famous flambeed duck 10/10 with views of the lake was outstanding and their seasonal cocktail selection (bourbon cherry slushie omg!) with a small but solid wine list were all on point. And I'm a snob! Very beautiful interiors and surprisingly pretty rooms at their inn for being a small motel in the middle of the woods lol. Shoutout to our knowledgeable server Sarah who was so fun and made my sister's birthday so special, we'll definitely be back!
I’ve been coming to The Village Inn since I was a kid, and I still always have a great time. The food, the atmosphere and the service are so great, and it’s always so relaxing to enjoy a roast duck while looking out at the stream.
We had a most enjoyable evening and dinner at the inn. Kudos to the chef but it was the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. I’ve been an innkeeper and I know the job is basically to do what you can to make the guests experience be as good as possible. The staff here, to a person, gets that and were outstanding. Five stars plus!!
