“Vacationing in Boothbay, and at the top of our favorite restaurants is Ports of Italy, this place is not to be missed if you love Italian cuisine. Very popular with the locals and the tourists, be smart and make a reservation, especially over the weekend so you will not be disappointed. They are open 7 days a week 4:30-8:00. We had an early reservation and was taken to our table and immediately approached by our waiter, given water, he told us the specials and gave us time to look over the menu. We received a paper bag of warm, delicious rustic bread and olive oil dipping sauce, so good. After ordering, our food arrived in a timely fashion right from the kitchen. I ordered the veal ravioli in a mushroom cream sauce, let me tell you my choice was just delicious and very rich and filling. Husband ordered Osso Buco sitting on top of a rich broth and risotto, what a great presentation and my husband enjoyed it tremendously! Our waiter was very attentive to us and good at his job. The busboys were so nice and took good care of our needs. This place is a cut above the rest and they are popular and have a cult following!! “We are lucky enough to dine here often through out the season. The owners are amazing, the food delicious & the staff is friendly! Tonight was a surprise birthday dinner. The owner sent out an amazing piece of chocolate cake w/ a candle, the staff sang Happy Birthday! This was above & beyond any expectation I had. I appreciate you & the staff! We will be back! “The food is great and staff very friendly. We visit the area yearly and this is my favorite place to go for breakfast. Fresh baked goods are so good, amazing views outside. Yes it gets busy but it's a great place to go and if it feels crowded give it a minute. Service is very quick and once everyone is seated it's just an amazing location.“

“Footbridge is my favorite place to get a good beer and hang out with friends. Beer is fantastic, love the soft pretzel with old world mustard. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable.“

“Funny enough, one of my favorite meals in Maine and we had zero Lobster. Being from the south, I didn't expect BBQ this good in the Northeast.

Food was delicious! They were out of the brisket that day, so we got the ribs and wings. Ribs were some of the best I've ever had. The wings were good as well, but not as stellar.

We also tried most of the sides- Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Salt Potatoes, cole slaw, smoked corn on the cob, and the corn bread. The only thing that was somewhat underwhelming was the Mac and Cheese. Everything else was great.

The service was great as well, and super friendly. The little patio area right beside the brewery was the perfect spot for a beautiful day. I'll be thinking about this meal for a while.“

“My wife and I always come here when we are in Maine. The food is delicious and I love the corn beef hash as it is fresh and not that fake crap out of a can. Also, the owners responses to 1 star reviews (that they don’t deserve) are hilarious.“
