“One of our favorite restaurants in Maine! Such a comfortable atmosphere with well worn wooden booths, tables and chairs. The menu is always so good, it makes it hard to decide what to order. Their salads are always good and a nice variety of other entrees and always delicious desserts that vary from day to day. Check the hours before you go.“

“French influenced restaurant with a large, heated overflow tent. There Is good but abbreviated wine list. This is not a full service restaurant; table service was good. The Shrimp Dumplings are very good, just crisp on one side. The Shrimp and Grits are slightly spicy, the andouille was a little chewy. The shrimp Linguine has a lot of textures and flavors and was perfectly prepared.“

“We had dinner at Roslyn Fine Thai Cuisine on a weekday evening while on vacation. It is clearly a favorite among locals—while we were dining, many people came in whom the owners greeted by name. The restaurant is very attractive inside, the menu is extensive, and the service was very good. Everything we ordered was delicious. We would definitely return for Thai food and highly recommend it!“

“We stopped down at the harbor for a snack on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Harbor Dogs is a tiny little stand, but they do a lot more than hot dogs! After a bit of deliberation we walked away with a million tons of food. Poutine! Asian fish tacos! Chili cheese dogs! Lobster rolls! Everything was delicious and those guys at the window? Top notch chefs. Get down to this unassuming shack and get yourself some amazing lunch.“

“My review is based off of the tamales just ordered. I grew up in Panama and it was one the best treats to get fresh tamales. It didn’t happen very often- but when it did, I loved them so much. And obviously in Maine- it’s almost impossible to find them- especially authentic. I was quite impressed with Sammy’s take on tamales. Of course- they are not the exact replica of what I had- but they are very impressive. And it’s A LOT of work to make them. It’s not Taco Bell. These are real tamales and I truly hope they don’t go away. Thanks so much for adding these into the Midcoast menu taking the time. Truly delicious. 🇵🇦“

“Absolutely wonderful experience. I felt kind of funny, going to Maine and going for Thai food. But let me tell you, this is, hands down, the best Thai I've ever had. The food was absolutely perfect, every bite! Not your normal Thai food house, this is crafted dishes by a chef who cares for the art of Thai. Our server, I never caught her name, was wonderful. “We had a lovely meal at The Waterfront Restaurant. As the name suggests, it overlooks the water and is a good spot for a casual lunch. It’s a popular place, so be prepared to wait — we visited on a Tuesday afternoon and, even at 2:45pm, there was a 20-minute wait.

The staff were great, and we were seated as soon as they were able. We had the haddock fish and chips, which were lovely, although the portion was on the small side. The beef burger was also good. The service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely visit again!“

“My aunt and I went to Archer’s on Monday and splurged for lunch and totally enjoyed ourselves! The setting was gorgeous, beautiful with views of the harbor and we had the best seat in the house. The staff and were friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. We tried the peekytoe crab cakes and oyster Rockefeller for appetizers and had the lobster lunch special! That lobster was the best one I’ve ever had, perfectly steamed and very delicious. Couldn’t walk away without a slice of raspberry and blueberry pie for dessert! “This place is awesome At least once or twice a month especially in the winter my wife and I drive 1.5 hours each way the food is so good. We purposely over order so we have left overs. The staff is friendly and attentive. The decor is fabulous. We are from Boston originally and this restaurant is as good as any in the Boston area.“

“We had a party of 2 at 3:45 pm on Friday, 6/19/26. We came to watch a World Cup match and have a snack. Service was good and quick. I got a cider and we split wings and a hummus plate. Everything was pretty good! The back porch looked really nice and I would’ve loved to sit out there had they had TVs. Good place to watch sports.“
