“We had a great lunch on a Monday afternoon. It was a little chilly inside, but that is to be expected with an old building. Service was friendly and efficient.
Local greens in the side salad were fresh and delicious. Loved the pickles with the sandwich.
Reuben was amazing- not greasy, fresh house corned beef. My husband had the patty melt with yummy sweet potato fries.
There are some other items I would like to go back and try, like the fried pickled asparagus !

“Today was our first time at the Brunswick Diner. Upon arrival an older gentleman suffered a medical issue and the waitress (Sophie I believe) jumped right in to help him. She took so much care in how she treated him and really took control of the situation getting him the help and attention he needed. My husband and I were very impressed by the way she handled everything in an already cramped and busy environment. We enjoyed our food and the staff were all kind and attentive.“

“We've been here three times in the past couple of months. A very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Had their grilled reuben and hamburger (cooked med rare as asked) - both were great. Their breakfast burritos are delicious - eggs cooked just right (unlike so many places) with lots of freshly chopped veg. The coffee is delicious! We'll be back.“

“I went to Peppers Landing at 11:30 for lunch and ordered the Brunswick lobster roll. The roll was tough and dry and I asked the server when this was cooked. They could only tell me it's reheated on the grill. This was The worst lobster roll I have ever had. The restaurant manager was gracious enough to give me a whopping $5 discount for the food. This meal was 30.00 including fries and Cole slaw. I will never go back.“

“We are visiting from out of state and our hotel recommended this spot for pizza. We arrived around 4:30 and had our pick of tables and chose a street side window. We each ordered a speciality margarita and I requested a change to it and it was excellent, only wish I’d added a salt rim. I asked about happy hour specials and we got the fried pickles that were very plentiful and VERY good. We asked about doing a half and half pizza as we NEVER agree on what we want and after asking the “pizza chef” they agreed it would be okay, yay! A perfectly cooked pizza arrived quickly and honestly, we both enjoyed it SO much! Crispy crust, warm sauce, flavorful toppings and just the right “heat” for hubby. Our waitress Elli was great and I want to thank her for asking about our special requests. We come this way a couple times a year and will be back.“

The Moderation team was so communicative, flexible, and hospitable, and they helped us make the event exactly what we envisioned. “We stopped in last night for the first time and were so happy we chose Richard’s restaurant. The authentic German dishes were not only mouth watering but the waitress Sarah made our entire evening one to remember. She brought us fresh buttery rolls and pretzels with homemade mustard to start with and after dinner there were brandy filled dark chocolates on the bill tray. “I’ve only had two bad experiences here once being hibachi and everything being under cooked and tonight, everything was undercooked and we were ignored most of the night because I had a question regarding something I ordered. I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they still wanted to charge me for the correct one and the incorrect one. Waited 30 minutes for a lemonade and 50 for our meals that were undercooked and cold. If you want good service, don’t sit in the dining but sit at the bar. The bartender is amazing and I always have a great experience with her! It felt like our waitress ignored us most of the night and the woman who I’m assuming was a manager seemed to have an attitude with us too. All over me not specifying between steamed and fried dumplings.“

“I don’t know how this place is only 4.3 stars! Food was incredible and staff were very friendly. We sat at the bar while we waited for a table. The bartender was super friendly and answered our questions about the menu. We sat outdoors and I loved the view and the vibe. Our waitress was also very friendly. The seafood pasta was to die for. More seafood than pasta, which never happens! The sauce was fresh and flavourful. The grilled haddock tacos were also amazing. 10/10 recommend!“

I’d highly recommend the Chips and Dip Trio and the GRILLED BURRITO was huge and filling (I recommend the Queso and Guac to go on top).
