The food is good, usually fresher than alot of fast foods. The service is hit or miss. They clearly took a hit with the hired help when covid came around and havent really gotten back to where they should be. In my opinion theyre short staffed but usually the staff is very apologetic. Sometimes i find they get hot headed when its busier but they usually never forget any of our food and we order for 3 kids and 2 adults. We ate in last time and it was pretty clean for the most part....

First I had a hard time with my app. The person at the register just turned around and walked away. I figured it out got the order sat down to wait. They brought my order out. Put it in the delivery, not in the pickup. Never called my name or number. So it sat there for 10 plus minutes!!!! I was not happy. Got home, 12 min drive. Cold potatoes, fries and chicken fingers. Fingers and fried chicken are very dark. Old oil. Funny taste. I will not order from Brewer KFC AGAIN!

Very nice food. Drinks were FABULOUS. Heard workers yelling but whatever. Drinks were also cold, very cold/REFRESHING. Would definitely go again! Fried chicken amazing and Mac n cheese. Also don’t listen to the other reviews they’re jealous and trying to get free food. I would advertise for KFC any day.
