“Excellent customer service, friendliest employees, super fast service, delicious food! My only complain is the potatoes in the Waterville potato salad is softer than the Bangor area one and doesn’t hit the same. When I was in college, I got the wrong sandwich, and they immediately refired the new one, AND my bag came packed full of pickles (my favorite) because they take the time to get to know their regulars. On top of that, one of the employees walked my order down the street to me at my workplace so I didn’t have to come back out! Nothing but nice things to say about the people and this place!!“

I also love that when I ask for an extra side of ranch, the employees take extra care in communicating to those making the food that it’s on the sandwich, and on the side. Which I just love! Definitely give them a try if you haven’t already.“

“Worst BLT EVER...ordered extra bacon and on a large sub I got FOUR pieces of Bacon for 13 BUCKS...WAY TO MUCH LETTUCE and Three paper thin slices of Tomato,I will say the roll was good and as a matter of Fact it was all I tasted.I ended up throwing away two thirds of a 13 Dollar sandwich.“

“This is a sandwich shop within the Bangor Maine airport. Ample selection- food is good. This is one of the few options for food within the small airport. No frills. No table service but friendly staff at counter while ordering. If at Bangor Airport, good to go here. Good option.“

“I ordered Subway pizza, it's not the worlds best pizza but it's quick good pizza made to order in just a few minutes. The manager of this location is awesome, she makes sure everything is just perfect. This is the biggest reason we like this location.“

The one single employee is doing great, friendly, fast service - but it’s a summer weekend with a major regional attraction immediately next door and there’s 15 people in line.

Give him a raise, and increase your starting pay if you can’t staff adequately.“

This is the only subway I've seen the lids over the food closed while no one was inside, I thought that was just the greatest thing, lol! I know I can go to this subway and not want to turn and walk out. Like the one in Dedham. Nasty and not with a good meaning ?“
