Food was good, but we're very busy and took a very long time. There was no ketchup out front and brought the dish up for them to fill. Took a while to fill it but still didn't get my food yet. There was a girl that was working on sides that was obnoxious and talking a little smack because the cook was busy and short with her ( he was not rude just not friendly, but he was trying to get food out) We just waited a very long time for chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich...
Shout out to the Brewer Maine store. They deal with hell every time there is a concert that gets out at 10 or 11. But the cool kid that likes NIN and works the window deserves a raise!
Staff are very kind and are trying their best even when very busy. Often I've seen fast food places to be laid back but from my experiences here recently they always are working their hardest.
