Skully's Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar is a fantastic, kid and family-friendly place. The food is great and amazing, with items like the delicious smash burger, grilled chicken burger, brisket sandwich, hamburger, baked potato, fried green beans, and outstanding onion rings. Meals are extremely quick. The ice cream selection is over the top, offering one of the best ice cream deals. Drinks include Horn Run IPA on draft and Downeast Cider for a fair reasonable price. The atmosphere is ok, with a deck overlooking the St. Croix River. It is dog friendly. Service is great, with attentive, friendly, sweet, and welcoming staff, though orders are taken at the front.
