I came in this morning 12/15/23 to purchase water and upon completing my purchase I asked the young lady who was sitting in a chair for a bag. She pointed in a rude manner and said "right there" in a small and congested area where I had to go on the other side of her to get the bag when she could have easily got the plastic bag herself. Scam on Disney tickets! We were duped unknowingly! We spent $1,850 on vouchers from VCS THAT VCS CLAIMS ALL ONE HAS TO DO IS ENTER INFO ON DISNEY SITE! NOT TRUE! YOU NEED THE TICKET NUMBERS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE RESERVATIONS FOR PARK ENTRY! VCS KNOWS THIS BUT LIES ABOUT IT. VCS THEN claims no refund! We filed a fraud complaint with USAA AND WE DISCOVER WE ARD NOT ALONE! VCS MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS. You can purchased the same tickets on the Disney site forms less!

Service was terrible from the jump. No greeting, no can I help you or nothing. I seen the Employee with the pretty eyes (No Diddy) cleaning up, but he finished and still nobody said anything until a nurse walked up. They immediately got her order together. It's crazy because I was in line waiting. I should have been like everyone else and make it hard on him. But this review will do.
