Waited 37 minutes in line to get to window finally and was asked what I was looking for like I never ordered way back in line. I said uh coffee she looked at me and said I don’t like your attitude we are busy and I said yes I know but she couldn’t get past her interpretation of my attitude no sorry or nothing needless to say left with no coffee won’t be back anytime soon.🙄
They can’t even fill a coffee cup to the top!!!!

Oh and I have reached out to corporate so maybe they could put some motivation in them! Nope obviously corporate doesn’t care either. I’m so over paying for a large coffee and getting a less than medium because they don’t know how to fill the cup to the top! Or even close. If their was a different option...read full review
Horrible customer service, ordered online and went in to pick up was told not making that today. Asked what about my order, man walked off not saying a word came back punched something in the register and handed me my money back. No sorry or explanation. Was prepared to order more regular coffees but walked out instead.
