Fernald's is a cozy community hub, and I love stopping in whenever I can. Love getting a sandwich with salt and pepper chips and a beverage. The brownies are excellent and I've had them offer me one when something I ordered was out. While staying in town this past fall, I visited the store for some baked goods. They were quite good. The atmosphere was very cool. Friendly staff to help . We will be going back to Damariscotta this coming fall and I am sure I will be visiting again.
