waited 55 minutes for two chicken sandwiches after I just now got them at this time posting I requested a reciept .I replied I'm sorry I had ordered at the kiosk and I never got a receipt I was told by three employees that I may not get any receipt . I will never recommend Wendy's in Ellsworth Maine under new management ever down right failed
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, made eye contact with several people before I left. Not even a “somebody will be right with you”.
I would say horrendous customer service, but I would’ve had to actually experience some form of costumer service first.
Raw chicken burger was served to me #disgusting
