Pung Hill BBQ has the best brisket I have ever had, and the owner is so warm and friendly! I’m so glad to have this place so close to home. My only issue is they are not open everyday! 🔥🔥🔥

With a variety of mouthwatering dishes like St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Mac and Cheese, and Cornbread, this take-out restaurant in Fairfield is a must-visit. The owner's pop-up openings are a hit, so make sure to arrive early to get your hands on the popular items. The ribs were very flavorful with a nice dry rub, very juicy and cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was reimagined with no mayo and pineapple, a refreshing surprise. Pung Hill BBQ is a delightful place to enjoy some comforting and flavorful BBQ dishes. Michael is a retired BBQ master, serving Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only until sold out. The meat is smoked right next to the stand and is first come first serve. Enjoy sitting outdoors by the food stand under a clean and well-covered picnic area. Desserts were also fantastic, with a recommendation for the key lime pie when available.
