I stopped for lunch and ordered a 6” turkey avocado wrap (without the bacon). The server insisted that the wraps are all the same 12” size. i’d had a 6” wrap the day before at another location and said she should just cut the wrap in half. But no, she proceeded to load one end with 8 or 10 slices of turkey and a big glob of avocado plus the veggies I requested.\nI was charged for the 12” sandwich of course, and ended up tearing off the extra 6” of wrap myself. I had an order delivered January 10, 2025. In the order I gota Philly steak sub (really good). My sister got a BMT and it was spoiled, the meat was shimmy and she about threw it up. So Since that night I've been calling Subway and it keeps saying they are busy and can't answer call later. We'll is 5 days later still getting the same message. Please answer you owe me like e 12.00.
I came in late and ordered 2 sandwhiches. Date was 03/04/24. Time was 8:18pm. The 5 star rating is for the very patient and kind girl (551? I didn't catch her name) who seems to always be working alone. She did a fantastic job as always. You guys need more staff to support her. To be clear: she didn't complain and continued on with a smile, but a guy notices when someone is pulling more than their own weight. Awesome job by her.
