Fresh homemade dinner rolls.... They were short staffed, but the server was fantastic and friendly even under stress. Which says a lot.

“The entire menu is great. Aroostook County now has quite a few barbeque options, but this is by far my favorite. All the meats (brisket, pork, and chicken) are smoked perfectly (emphasis on smoked, not grilled). The sides are great and creative as well (try the bear bait and street corn - both are amazing).”
