Stopped in for dinner and Tuesday night trivia. Trivia was super fun and the food and drinks were really good. Cool atmosphere and our waitress was awesome.

I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. The gravy on the poutine was too salty, and there weren't enough cheese curds. The buffalo wings were lacking in sauce, and kind of dry. Also, the menu was extremely limited. It had one category: mains. And everything in said category was more like an appetizer. Poutine, and buffalo wings for instance. The menu was a single printed page. It almost seems as though they gave us the specials menu and forgot to give us the full menu. The cocktails we tried were also less than stellar. In response to the rebuttal by the owner. I must have been away from the table when the special Sunday menu was explained. Sorry about that. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. I didn't send my food back, or raise an issue with the staff, because what I got was what I ordered, and it was edible. I'm only giving my honest thoughts on what I was served. Sorry that you took it as a personal affront. Normally I would chalk it up to an off night, and plan on giving any restaurant a second chance. You will not be given that courtesy, thanks to your snarky reply.

I'm not sure if I picked a bad day to try this establishment out, but the day I went they were not busy at all, and they were out of several of the menu items. I did end up getting poutine that was average and ice tea that was pretty good.

Unbelievable list of various delicious cocktails, great food, friendly service, lovely atmosphere. My go to spot when I'm in town. Kitchen usually open until 9pm

This place is a gem! Probably the only fine dining in the gardiner area! The drink menu is deep and I’ve yet to have a bad one, usually ask one of the wait staff to point me in the direction of their favorites as I get overwhelmed with the choices ?. The food is always top notch! You can tell a lot about a place by their Buffalo wings, it’s a simple and messy dish but if you can make amazing wings then your probably going to care about everything else just as much!Gotta give the owner props for clapping ? back at these terrible 1star reviews! I can understand someone having a bad time but a true critic would understand that a 1 star review is a spat on burger from McDonald’s with a bandaid in their soda. This place is on the other end of that spectrum that is for sure! I’d rank this place up there with Flux or some of the nicer establishments in Portland! Keep up the good work, I’ll be back that’s for sure!Parking: It can be hard to find parking, but it’s just as hard to find parking for the post office down the street. It’s really not that bad I’d only take one care or park further down and go for a nice walk

Came here with friends and had a great experience. The food was great. I had their version of chicken and waffles. The waffle was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. The chicken was also nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The service was slow but very good. Nowadays all service is slow so no biggie.

Been living in West Gardiner since Feb 2023 but I work a lot and haven't had the chance to venture out and try local spots. Until Monday. I was meeting someone there. Got there a bit early. Dope ass building with all the brick. Outdoor seating but I knew rain was coming. I thought the tables were a bit large, not enough for smaller, intimate parties. I sat at the bar. Was given a menu right away. Ordered an Allagash and the smashed fingerlings. Holy shitballs Batman these little gems are delicious. Whatever the sauce or aoli? is drizzled on them with chopped green onion was so yummy. Smashed with just enough crisp on them. Super attentive bartender, tho place wasn't very busy for 6pm on a Monday. I'll return...just the atmosphere alone is inviting. Cheers!

Olivia is their best bartender. She is highly professional and makes the best drinks. No matter how busy she gets she always pays attention to everyone and everything.

Soooooooo good. The courtyard is lovely, staff was super friendly, and y'all that did was excellent. Some of the best we've had in Maine! I do not say this lightly, but the Korean BBQ tacos are probably the best I've ever had. Absolutely scrumptious. Richard never tries new things; the man eats like a toddler. He was intrigued enough to try the PB&J Bacon Burger, and he loved it!THIS is how you do fusion cuisine. We will absolutely be back.

We keep trying to give this place a chance, but it keeps falling short. After our last experience we were never going to return, but I was told (being from the restaurant world) that a new chef was in the works so to try it again. We came in later on a Friday evening, not very busy. We waited 15 mins for someone to even greet us. I work in a restaurant and that in itself is unexceptable. We put our drink and food order in. We ordered poutine, mac and cheese and veggie ravioli. On another note, im not sure who priced out this menu, but it is all over the place. $17 for a plain Cesaer salad without protein is as expensive as wings...unless my romaine is gold plated I'm not sure of the logic here. Anyway, ao 1 all of the food came before our drinks, before. Not good. Also, we were never told the kitchen was closing so all of our food was put back at one time, means no actual appetizer. The meat was gray on the poutine, and the rest of the food was just super bland. No salt in the kitchen? We love food and couldn't even finish it. I've worked in this industry for 20 plus years, all over the country and I have wanted this place to hit the palette mark so badly bc it has so much potential. However after the lazy service and lack of flavor we won't be back. Also, a lot of the reviews talk about the bad service and cold food...maybe address that and fix it instead of sweeping it under the rug and act like you actually want to please ppl with what you are advertising.
