I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. The gravy on the poutine was too salty, and there weren't enough cheese curds. The buffalo wings were lacking in sauce, and kind of dry. Also, the menu was extremely limited. It had one category: mains. And everything in said category was more like an appetizer. Poutine, and buffalo wings for instance. This place is a gem! Probably the only fine dining in the gardiner area! The drink menu is deep and I’ve yet to have a bad one, usually ask one of the wait staff to point me in the direction of their favorites as I get overwhelmed with the choices ?. The food is always top notch! You can tell a lot about a place by their Buffalo wings, it’s a simple and messy dish but if you can make amazing wings then your probably going to care about everything else just as much!Gotta give...read full review

We held a reception in the 'Next Level" function room of the Bling Pig last Friday following a funeral. The food was great, the owner, Brandi was so very kind, accommodating and attentive in caring for us. So was sooo understanding during this difficult time.
