This morning my husband and I enjoyed brunch here. The atmosphere is fun and inviting with interesting art work all around, including some very unique light fixtures. It was busy, however, our waitress kept offering us excellent service and had a wonderful young lady helping her. Really well prepared meal well worth the price. We visited on a very busy Tuesday fall night for an early dinner. The restaurant is funky, comfortable, and relaxed, with friendly servers and really good food. We ordered non-alcoholic sparkling strawberry lemonade drinks that were really nice. Our 52nd Anniversary celebration at Slates was PERFECT with a great, attentive waiter, a Fabulous menu & perfectly prepared food. We drove 150 miles to revisit Slates from a previous Anniversary years ago & we're not disappointed!
