My wife and I recently got married in Scarborough Maine, and neither of us much like cake.... however, we both LOVE Ben and Jerry's, so what better way to celebrate than by having Ice Cream Cakes! We touched base with Tom a few months ago and worked on getting our cakes planned out for the wedding.
We ended up getting 4 large sheet cakes (each a different flavor combo) and a medium Heart Cake as our 'cutting' cake. Though not as flamboyantly decorated as some wedding cakes...read full review
