This was our second visit at The Burleigh and we were surprised at the mediocre service we received. We have always had great service at resorts and restaurants of the KRC venues. Our server never introduced himself, did not come to our table in over 15 minutes, someone else brought us celebratory drinks and had to get our water. It took so long to get our check that we decided to go somewhere else for dessert. This was not what we expected from a 4.6 star restaurant.
Nice venue. Quiet with a menu that was limited but perfect for us. The salmon was excellent & the haddock was great as well. Also, the prices were far more reasonable than some of your other options in the area.
We weren't guests of the Kennebunkport Inn, but what a lovely hotel! We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our table was inside by the fireplace. Very quiet and intimate. Our server was very personable and attentive. We didn't catch her name but she had pretty butterfly tattoos on her arms. Food was good. We started with the crab dip and chips.
