My (non-vegan) partner REALLY wanted BBQ for their birthday and I was so lucky to find this place that would have options for me too!! BBQ tofu was to die for! This place came recommended to us by a vegetarian friend of ours, and we were in disbelief that vegans and vegetarians would be taken seriously by a BBQ place (I worked at one recently, so I sort of know). We were wrong and quite amazed. Everything was clearly marked on the menu of how it came or how it could be modified, and I'm still thinking of the seitan "ribs" from last night with the great texture and smoke. Starters of the poppers (wholesale source?) and shishito peppers were ok. The autumn salad was a winner, but the added hot link was nothing special. The chopped beef sandwich was a large portion, but even with the added slaw ($1 up charge) and sauce was a little dry. The old-fashioned cocktail lacked the advertised cherries, but the sweet tea was just right. We can say now that we tried it here, but we know of other better options.
