INCREDIBLE STAFF! - We ordered on Toast and the delivery driver only grabbed half of our order without confirming with davincis staff, the manager called and took the time to deliver the rest of our order free of charge. He even refunded us half of the bill for an error that wasn’t their fault. Absolutely incredible service and great employees that go above and beyond.
The manager Eric was absolutely amazing, very kind, personable, friendly, and remembered my husband and son from the very first time they came in for take out. We had a reservation for 5:15, when we arrived we didn't have to wait at all. Our server was amazing, definitely one of the best Italian restaurants I've been too. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing food, service and atmosphere.
